GLOW is a circle for sexual minority students, such as gay, lesbian, bisexual and transgender, officially recognized by Waseda University. It was established in 1991 and now about 150 students, including students of Waseda, students from other colleges and international students, participate in this circle. We have monthly events for the the purpose of promoting fellowship and monthly general meetings as official activities, and also we have lunch meetings, study meetings, and other activities at any time. In recent years, we have performed dramas and films at Waseda-sai in November. Also, we have our own clubroom and any member can visit there and spend spare time with other members when the room is open. Through these various activities, GLOW offers a place where sexual minority students can make bonds of friendship with each other. Why don’t you join us and enjoy your college life at GLOW?
